Ruhollah Dehghani, Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy at the meeting of the Policy Council of the Abadiran National Program, referring to the mission of this national program in realizing the popularization of the economy, said: the leadership emphasizes the economy as a pillar of transformation, and in the matter of popularizing the economy, and they considered the knowledge-based economy as an example. If we want the people's economy to be realized, we should assign the work to the people of the less privileged populations who are always with the revolution and the Islamic Republic system emphasizes on supporting this group.

Dehghani stated that the people of less privileged and deprived areas have a very high capacity to realize popularization and knowledge-based economy, and continued: People should feel that they have obtained a result in exchange for spending money on knowledge and technology. Until the people and the environment of the society do not feel that science and technology are value-creators, public support will not work, especially in the knowledge-based economy. Since people's support has been effective and pioneering in all sectors, we need to support and create grounds for community participation, especially in less privileged areas, in the realization of knowledge-based economy.

The head of the National Elites Foundation considered the holy defense as an example of the key and effective role-playing of the people and added: the basis of the holy defense was the presence and role-playing of the people; We all know that the Holy Defense was managed by the people and during the 8-year imposed war, it was the people who protected Iran and the Islamic Revolution. Now that today the front line of defense of the country is the economy and the knowledge-based economy has a strategic position in this unbalanced and asymmetric battle, we must attract the participation of the people, especially in the deprived and less privileged areas to make the knowledge-based economy efficient.

Dehghani continued: "Abadiran" is a national program in this sense, of which the Vice-Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy is only a part of it, and it aims to develop the capacities of disadvantaged regions in the field of knowledge-based economy. But in order to realize this national and long-term plan, all the effective sectors of the country should be helpful and accompany this strategic issue.

   In this meeting, Reza Asadifard, vice president for the development of knowledge-based economy and head of the Abadiran exhibition, also pointed out the role of this event in justice-oriented development and in accordance with the capacities of less privileged areas, and said: the Abadiran exhibition is a national step in the direction of supporting the creation of employment and the creation of added value using The capacities of deprived areas are less.

Asadifard continued: Abadiran exhibition has 5 main axes including housing, agriculture and animal husbandry and fisheries, small industry machinery, health and rehabilitation and educational technologies.

It should be noted that the exhibition of technologies and products that remove deprivation (Abadiran) is organized by the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy and aims to help the development of deprived areas by introducing the capacities of knowledge-based, creative and technological companies to respond to challenges and create sustainable employment as well as development of the market and facilitating the purchase of goods and services of these companies will be held from June 13 to 15 in the place of Imam Khomeini's mosque with the participation of "Musta'a'an Foundation", "Imam Khomeini Relief Committee" and "Executive Headquarters of Farman Imam".
